"Location is great.5min walk from Sensoji but staff is the best part of this Hotel.I had to interact with different staff at different times as I extended my reservation twice and each person at the desk was wonderful. My room (13th floor) was exceptionaly clean.Not a single issue in the room.Housekeepers were very friendly and polite as well. All staff at this property needs recognition "

"Loved this property! Easy walk to the sky tree, that we could also see from our bedroom window. East gate from station both elevator and stairs are right next to hotel door making trips to other areas easy. We came in several times past midnight and it felt super safe walking to our hotel and when we got to our hotel it was very secure. Have to have hotel key to get in and then again to access floors. Made me feel safe. Great property and amazing staff. "

"We stayed at this property for 3 nights while in Tokyo. It was a great way to experience the Japanese culture and getting into the onsen at the end of a tiring day is very refreshing and helps with sleep. A lot at the facilities are self-served and you just have to navigate and follow the rules. The hotel is very close to the Sensoji temple is and you see lots of shops around the hotel. Recommend booking well in advance because prices can go up so much close to the travel date. "

"Great: self-service convenience store and kiosk ordering restaurant in hotel. The convenience store had everything from microwaveable meals to beer and wine for super cheap. Great food from the restaurant. Really good 7-11 nearby. Super clean, safe, very well laid out room. Double bed room had plenty of space for luggage. Bad: hard bed that was rough for side sleepers. Very quiet area didn’t seem to have that much going on in the immediate vicinity, but we weren’t there long. "
