The concierge, Iqbal, was so helpful when my plane was delayed and I had to cancel my tour. He made sure I still got to see the sights by recommending and procuring me a ticket for the KL Hop on - Hop off bus which was a perfect way to see the city. I also recommend this hotel for its large room and amenities. There was a scale in my room! So nice to have. Also the pool was wonderful and had an amazing view as it was surrounded by the tall buildings of the city. Emmy at the pool was so helpful and kind. If you are looking for a hotel.
