"Quiet environment and has a convenient shop located next to this hotel. However, there was a chinese staff was quite unfriendly when I check in around 11.45pm. Not being trained professionally in hospitality industry and not patient in handling customer. Highlighted on the fridge was a bit small and unable to keep a birthday cake, no solution was provided. It as also seems malfunctioning. The worst part is there was someone knocking the room around 9am asking whether we need room service....
