The staff are fantastic and the location is phenomenal if one wants to stay in central Kuala Lumpur. "Really enjoyed our stay at Grand Hyatt KL - staff were always so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Location was a massive bonus as everything in KLCC is walking distance. Also really enjoyed the gym and spa facilities, was never too overcrowded. Breakfast options were great."
