"I’m writing this because it would of helped to know a little more about this magnificent and to an extent lesser known property with breathtaking views of Petronas Towers, sophisticated bar and one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve had in a long time! To sum up, I would go back back to Grand Hyatt KL in a heart beat and this time leave plenty of room (tummy & time) to fully enjoy the delicious breakfast! The whole experience felt like one pleasant surprise after the other! Thank You Grand Hyatt and hope to see you again! "

"Loved the choice of two swimming pools that were long enough to swim lengths . Property was walkable to the eating street - Jalan Alor . There were lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as well . Room was clean and spacious . Laundromat on site. Close walk to Pavillion mall . "

"Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. Very convenient whether you are using public transportation or taxi/Grab. One disappointment was that there is no way to walk to the Botanical Gardens even though you can see them just across the expressway. A minor quibble. "
