"We came and the guard didn’t let us in, we waited for 4hrs and keep coming back and cannot reach the host as per the guard, we booked 1 night to another hotel and came back the next day and still can’t reach the owner, I called the Expedia and saying the host said we are no show… really? We spent money for booking and no show? Waited outside for many hours and that’s what we got? I need the money back!"

"Amazing property in itself. We stayed at this hotel for convenience as we had an early flight and expected a economy bed and breakfast hotel, but what we got was 5* luxury. The hotel itself is amazing and deserves to be in central KL rubbing shoulders with the elite brands. If this hotel were to be in a more prestigious location, i would book it every day."

"Apart form the location, the hotel is excellent. Buffet breakfast was good and we happened to chance upon the dinner buffet; the selection was amazing. The rooms were newly renovated. Clean and modern. Staff were polite and friendly. The cafe at the lobby serves up good coffee. "

"A tucked away hotel on the lake. Beautiful views of the lake. Decent gym woth dumbells, kettle bells, and bands. The restaurant was a rotating buffet for meal times. Many options for food. The pool was on top of the building with access to sunm a great stay away from the bustle of KL"

"One of best and most pleasant experiences I’ve had staying here at the Sheraton in Petaling Jaya, as a first time staying I was blown away at the whole experience. The staff were very friendly and always attentive, the hotel was very modern and welcoming and the view from my room was spectacular! Will definitely be making this my only place to stay in the future!"
