"Apart form the location, the hotel is excellent. Buffet breakfast was good and we happened to chance upon the dinner buffet; the selection was amazing. The rooms were newly renovated. Clean and modern. Staff were polite and friendly. The cafe at the lobby serves up good coffee. "

A lot of staff but they had to refer to the manager as they knew nothing about what was on the menu etc. Some of our order was incorrect and the process was a little like being at Fawlty Towers! The staff definitely need further training but our stay was good despite our food experience "

"A tucked away hotel on the lake. Beautiful views of the lake. Decent gym woth dumbells, kettle bells, and bands. The restaurant was a rotating buffet for meal times. Many options for food. The pool was on top of the building with access to sunm a great stay away from the bustle of KL"
