"Loved this hotel. It’s showing its age a bit but we loved our huge sea view rooms with great floor to ceiling windows overlooking the waterfront. Lovely pool area and rooftop bar. Great breakfast. All of the staff were well trained and very helpful."

"Staff more than accommodating to halo allow us to enjoy our stay. Some wear and tear in the room and the AC in our room was a touch temperamental. Bed comfy, room large and quiet, reception friendly and helpful. Good central location. Pool was lovely after a days adventuring"

"Based on my observations and comparing with some hotels that I stayed before, I shared with PIC at related areas of responsibility and most importantly they listed and noted those areas that I mentioned and recommended for improvement. This means they are interested to continuously improve and become better, this energy is positive. Overall, I am glad to stay there as very conveniently located together with Siri’s Shopping Mall, I did some shopping and dine there too. In fact the in-dining I ordered a roasted salmon was simply delicious 👌"

The level of hospitality here is top-notch, and the warmth of the team really made a difference during my stay. "We were a group of nature lovers who were using this as a three night stay to get used to the temperature and time change upon arrival in Borneo. Loved the grounds and snorkeling right from the beach. Fantastic nature center staffed by several biologists. The food options were a bit pricey but we were expecting that. The grounds were very birdy and we found two Borean Pit Vipers. The mangrove tour was fantastic. Room is very good quality for the price."
