"When we arrived we realised i hadn't contacted the hotel the day before to get check in info - this was under check in knfo on the booking and i hadn't looked... We found a cafe with and contacted the owner who was really helpful and gave us the codes we needed for the door and instructions how to get there. We were in block E which we found really hard to find! Even once we found the room it was hard to find when we came back to it that evening. We didnt have access to mobile data which didn't...

"It was a condo in a good location. East access to restaurants and shopping malls."

"The Apartment was fine, It was not clean but ok. We were instructed to pick-up the key and that went well, but in the apartment it was stated that we should have had 2, i Kontaktet the kontaktperson that we only had one and got no respons. The worst thing was on the night before your departure where at 11.45 pm 6 men came in in the apartment because they also had a key and a reservation. This is under no circumstances acceptable."

"View is fantastic. Has a wide space good for a family of 8. Furtnitures are well taken off. "

"The peoperty itself was nice. The rooftop pool was a big hit as well. Sadly the checkin process was difficult as they didnt communicate via expedia and didnt send my check in details until after we arrived and attempted to contact them. The parking took hours to sort out as their passes didnt work and nobody came to help sort that. Also the internet didnt work for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there, so not ideal. Would have been great without the speed bumps."

"The original unit was small smelly stuffy. The pillows were dirty and smelly. The linens were smell of sweat. Hairs found on the bedsheet. The toilet seat was broken. It’s fixed after notification and changed the new pillows and pillow cases. We’re given a second room for the replacement. This room was bigger. This is a much cleaner unit. There are no plugs on the kitchen island. Terrible housekeeping. "

"Very spacious and good location.There was a good swimming pool and gym. The service is by phone and someone came around very quickly to help. This place was better than a hotel for our family because we got more room and good facilities and did not need a hotel restaurant or reception area."

" I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, which is conveniently located right in the city center — perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring. Everything I needed was just a short walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and approachable, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality really made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with excellent service."

"Great hotel and accommodation. Breakfast need to be a bit more European/ Australian oriented. Prices at restaurants a bit high. We want to mention James, at the reception to say my big THANK YOU 🙏, for his help, support and great customer service! Looking for something particular, he did his best to help as. "This place is small but beautiful. The pace is slow and relaxing. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. There are activities to do each day if you want a bit of action and the equipment is all available. The timing of the scheduled activities can be a bit hit and miss but they make them available if you want them. Poolside is very relaxing. The spa treatments are wonderful with Amy but make sure you try and book them in advance. Lovely breakfasts and menu in general. A great place to relax and chill out. "
