"The view from the Onsen on the roof was excellent! The breakfast was great. The toilet was dirty, and the shower area smelled fishy. The room needed at least one chair."

"三保の松原を観たくて偶然見つけたウラレナさんでしたが、なにもかもが最高でした。 お部屋はとても広く清潔で何日でも滞在したいほど。全てが清潔感とセンスに溢れています。スタッフさんの対応も完璧です。とても良くしていただきました。 また、夜はお部屋でフレンチのコースをいただきましたが、地元の食材を活かした一品一品が全てが美味しい。 滞在中に残念ながら富士山は現れてくれませんでしたが、ウラレナさんへの宿泊が帳消しにしてくれました。 2組しか泊まれないのであまり有名になって予約が取れなくなると困るのですがとてもお薦めです。 またいつか特別な時に再訪したいと思います。"

"We arrived earlier than expected, but the room was ready for us and they were happy to check us in. the place is very clean and comfortable. I asked about the rooftop "patio" and he set up a table and chairs for us up there. We could sit and relax in the sun and enjoy the view of the mountains."
