"Booked the no clean service double room and honestly I would do it again! This hotel is close to ginza section, great view of the river. Close to the sakumachi bus terminal only 8 minute walk. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are wonderful, why are you still reading?!? Book! It’s worth it!"

"Amazing breakfast. Feels like a 5 star hotel with very attentive staff. Hotel even have laundry rooms so we could do our laundry after hours. It was an added connivence especially for those with kids. Very close to shopping area. "

"Good location. Central to most attractions being close to the castle. We only spent a night in kumamoto but felt that this hotel was good value. Parking in front of the hotel was a bit tight depending on the spots available. They do have another parking area though. Hotel was clean and as described in the listing. Overall, a good stay."
