"Area is so beautiful with the smell of the pines. The fall colors of the trees and peaceful trails. Pete and Bonnie are so accommodating with my asthma they made this stay better than I could imagine. This cottage is roomy, comfy and close to everywhere you would like to go. "The overall week we stayed here was very nice! The front door was very hard to open when we first got to the house, but we were able to get it open after some wiggling. Everybody walked the large beach at low tide and we got to see a decent amount of sea creatures! Specifically sea stars, sea snails, a sea slug, anemones, and seals! "Beautiful property and view. Loved all the treats left by the host and the Nespresso coffee machine. Enjoyed sitting on the window seat at the huge picture window in the dining room drinking coffee, visiting and checking out the wonderful view. Appreciated the work stations and high speed internet. Kitchen well stocked, beds super comfy and hot tub toasty. This is out second visit, but sure it will not be our last. Highly recommend. comfy beds"

"We had such a nice time, we stayed an extra day. This was the perfect getaway home to spend a casual thanksgiving weekend in. A quiet, comfy home right on the edge of the inlet was so perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook with, and the hosts replied quickly to my questions. As far as location, you aren’t right in Shelton, which is great. We visited, but definitely preferred the quiet of this location. Thank you! "
