The LaQuinta Inn in Lacey is a wonderful hotel, excellent amenities, and a very good price. My issues with the place were some >very< thin walls (with amorous neighbours), rather unhelpful front desk help, and some scheduling issues which led to being walked-in on by housekeeping twice when they had the wrong checkout date scheduled. An innocent mistake, but annoying that it happened twice, once while I was indecent. Other than those issues it is by far the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in the Lacey/Olympia area.

We got into our room and got settled in and tried to turn on the TV but the remote didn't work. They then moved us to a King suite, which was ok but the tub knob came off when we tried to turn on the water.

We stayed here for the night before our volleyball tournament. The rate was good, weren’t expecting a ton but the beds were comfy, staff was great and the breakfast was too. A little rough around the edges but overall we would stay again for the same price.

I did not like the fact that I had to request more toilet paper and more towels be added to my room. I would have thought housekeeping would have restocked and resupplied. Was unable to do laundry because the drier was not working. The jacuzzi jets did not work one evening. The jacuzzi temperature was not hot one evening. Breakfast should be changed up.

I have stayed at this location previously. Two amazing, knowledgeable woman were able to assist me at the front counter while checking in. Another young lady was to busy discussing personal issues while I was asking questions going to work and told me I needed to return to the property at 11:00, even after I explained I would be working in order to check-out and check back in since I was a stay over. The process is simple but she was unwilling to work through it at the time for said reasons. I Joe was an outstanding employee. She was quick, took the time to listen to my concerns, knowledgeable, friendly and provided assistance immediately. I appreciated this as I was conducting business. You deserve a raise!!! Facility was clean however I was propositioned in the laundry room and the swimming pool is out of order. Maid service is prompt and breakfast is great.
