Makoto, Ana, and Karen are the nicest staff ever, we extended out stay multiple days because we met other amazing people staying at this hostel and became very familiar with Kamakura. Kamakura should be a multi-day trip and you should definitely stay at Iza Kamakura House if you want a really comfortable and laid back place to stay. "

"Be sure to have the address with you and not just a map - can be hard to find but look for the black lantern. Beautiful design but if you're mobility challenged you should request the one room on the first floor - the stairs are super narrow. Walkable to the beach and to the transit line also. "
