"We loved staying at KK Sapa Hotel. We had the rice views which were fantastic as we stayed on the 17th floor. I loved that the hotel had a back entrance to the town too. It had everything we needed, extra towels, hand towels, soap, places to hang up our towels. "The property itself is well located in a quiet strip, and close enough to the center. The manager was nice and offered to upgrade my room for extra 400vnd but I refused due to the weather and there was no view anyway. The room I got was big and comfortable, and clean. The aircon didn’t work but I don’t need it. There were broken pots outside of my room and unfortunately, the landslide on the front of the property scared me so I couldn’t sleep. The pool was also closed due to the landslide....
