"It was a newly renovated room, they are still renovating the outside. Can park car and easy to call uber or head to Highett station. Clean and nice! The aircon is a new Mitsubishi with cold and warm functions. Lovely hotel! "

"This was the second time in a matter of weeks we have stayed at Novotel Glen Waverley. It was nothing short of fantastic. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Customer service was excellent and the parking was easy and convenient. "

"Excellent overall experience. The team at the front desk was the best I have seen for a while. Paul (sorry don't know his surname) stood out owing to his excellent communication and customer care skills. He should be treated as an asset to the organisation and asked to teach such skills at other venues too. Room was good too but a little suggestion regarding sliding doors, not the best as they always cause a little noise and slide open while in the middle of you busy doing some really important stuff!! Will plan to stay again soon. Thanks."
