The property is old but its well maintained the rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the blackout curtains are amazing. The food in the Bistro is delicious with generous portions. The bistro has a play area for the children. I would stay with them again if i go to Melbourne.

Haveing the restaurant on the property was great. The walls must be rather thin because I could hear snoring from another wall and there is no USB connection to recharge mobile devices.Apart from these minor things my stay has been very pleasant.

I have mobility issues but Iryna the manager/receptionist made sure I did not have to walk up or down any stairs to get to my room. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet and the convenience of having the bistro/restaurant on site made my stay very easy. All of the staff at the venue were amazing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling.

Very impressed with the Service on arrival from Helen C. Easy parking with lots of choices. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The Bistro was well presented with welcome smiles, a vast Menu , quick service of tasty meals. The Cafe / Bar is a terrific area to sit quietly and enjoy the log fire and chat. VERY RELAXING.. I had a really trouble-free stay here. The only thing I would change is that I often don't finish work in time to get to the bistro by 8:30pm, but I understand that staff want to get home. Apart from that, the food was good, all the staff were lovely and the coffee in the mornings was absolutely world-class. I will probably stay there again, next time I'm in Melbourne for work.
