"The room is not so big, but it should be considered as a spacious room in Japan. It is clean and the location is good. A big shopping mall, AEON, is within few minutes walk. The hotel is offering parking and spa onsite free. Everything is good except the toilet is too high from the floor in the bedroom floor. For aged or kids, it's maybe not friendly."

"Hotel is 3mins walk from the train station which was ideal as I was arriving into Omihachiman late at night. The room is clean and spacious. I booked a single room which is just next to the lift but I could not hear noise from they lift lobby. But I could hear the train if it was passing by the track next to the hotel. So the other reviewer was right that they could improve the sound proofing of the windows. I recommend the hotel for it's location. There is another hotel even nearer but New Omi is of higher grade. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We spent 9 days and were comfortable the whole time. It is clean and close to restaurant and grocery store. The staff is amazing and great selection of breakfast food. We will be back next time we visit family in Kameyama. "
