"This place was cool, and had an emphasis on Americanism, with President roooms including a JFK room. It was really nice to experience! We noticed lot of school kids stayed in the hotel, probably for the American historical context, or that it was just right by one of the main train stops. Either way, the people in this area are all so nice and friendly, way more thab the big city of Tokyo. Genuinely enjoyed our stay around this place, and there's a ton of food options nearby, including a giant mall. The room we stayed in was pretty big, and the hotel staff are very helpful! Definitely reccomend staying here to explore the area, and to go visit Otsu and Koka Ninja House which isnt far from this hotel."

"We had the halfboard option which means dinner and bfast the next day included. We sure glad we did, dinner n bfast was awesome service and we enjoyed the traditional japanese food a lot. Staff were 5star service. The place is very conducive to rest and relaxation. Onsen was 2thumbs up. We didnt know until after that hotel actually has shuttle service to and from train station. So be sure to call them to pick u up from the station if youre not driving. Lobby not very impressive but you’d be surpised with how clean the room is and very modern yet still traditional with the tatami set up. Would recommend to family n friends."

"Wonderful place to stay. Simple, clean room with a comfortable bed. That bathroom was functional and the water pressure was excellent. Not a thing to complain about. The staff were lovely. I did not go for the breakfast, but my dietary restrictions make it easier to just hit one of many fantastic local grocery stores in the morning. Would stay again. Easy walk to Suzuka Circuit. Nice and flat."

"The hotel's reception area is situated on the fourth floor, and parking is available in a separate building, which may be inconvenient for guests with a significant amount of luggage. Despite this, the hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering amenities such as a coin-operated laundry, ice machine, and complimentary coffee."

"Unpleasant odour in room. Duvet over sheet. Duvet used by previous occupants smelled of BO. Bathroom very cramped. Toilet and sink overflow dirty. Bed and pillows very hard, unable to sleep. Chairs badly stained. We regret wasting our Hotel.com rewards on this hotel. The photos advertising this hotel very deceptive. Can’t fault staff. "

"Extreme proximity to train station a priority. This means trains can also be heard from many rooms. Even though the soundproofing is good, this can be bothersome for a sensitive guest. Clean spacious room. Wonderful staff. Good breakfast."
