One item of concern was the air conditioning. We paid 20 per night during the booking, however the air conditioning was unable to cool the unit under 80 degrees Fahrenheit. "This was the perfect oasis for our brief stay in Kona. Far enough away from the crowded downtown area but still super close, we love the room, the beach access, and the convenience. Very quiet area, and tastefully decorated and clean. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was a great location to use as our base to explore different areas of the island each day. It was also very nice to relax by the pool each evening after our daily adventures and to watch the sunset into the ocean. There is a grocery store, some good restaurants, and a nice coffee shop a few blocks away. Very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and infant). This is our 13th trip to the island and I have never experienced this kind of positive experience. We stayed for 14 nights. I gave this review 4 stars for the check in process because the person in charge of changing the lock box code stated he wasn’t expecting us to check in that day BUT Sandy is phenomenal- she responded immediately. We had a few hiccups at check in (in addition to the lock box code) but the issues were resolved quickly....

"Million Dollar views! Conveniently located to town. Not too close, not too far. Was there for Ironman and it was a perfect place to be. Bedrooms were comfortable and each had an air conditioner unit that worked very well. Kitchen had updated appliances. Beautiful little community with a pool and tennis courts. We had a choice of watching the sunsets from the lanai, or a 1 minute walk to the beach. Sandy was super nice and easy to work with. Would stay there, again, in a heartbeat!"
