"Great location on Ali’i Drive. The house was what you would expect for a beach rental. Very well stocked. Note- I didn’t recall reading the property was NOT air conditioned. There was a great breeze at night and fans provided, but if that’s important to you, it’s worth mentioning. The waves literally lull you to sleep each night. "

The problems are with the neglected unit. the door is warped and the lower door jam is coming out so easy to trip. The owner failed to pay the electric bill and we were without power for most of a day. "Property was beautiful, clean, quiet and safe. Many activities for kids and the condo was stocked with beach gear - chairs, snorkels, towels, boogie boards. Tennis/pickleball courts were easy to access and not too busy. Community grills were easy to use and in a central location. There was no AC in the condo but the breeze from the patio doors kept us cool at night. There is a beach not too far from the community (magic sands) but the beautiful beach we loved (ʻAnaehoʻomalu Beach) was about 45...

Pool area is very nice, great gym.Would have been perfect except for the small details that make a place perfect.No beach towels in unit, screen door to front entrace is broken.No cleaning supplies.Carpet on stairs to second floor need replacing, very very stained.Again, beautiful place, just needs a bit of love.."
