"Comfortable bed and clean room. I've seen a beetle in my room. I think he came into the room with me Ngl. It is so comfortable i wish i stayed here longer not 2 day. Breakfast was not the best it was a normal breakfast. But they provide a few roasted cofffee. What a unique character and adorable hotel. I'd like to visit again "

"My only complaint is the absence of shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. When we inquired about this, the staff member gave us a bottle of "conditioning shampoo." Anyone with long hair knows this isn't the same as shampoo AND conditioner. Still, I am a repeat customer. This is a clean facility, with a variety of room sizes and configurations, and they provide everything else, including dishwasher pods and access to pots and pans and blenders.😆 None of which I needed, but still. It isn't walking distance to anything, but you can quickly access anywhere in GI from Locust St."

"This hotel is the best we've ever stayed in, including some that were significantly more costly, and we are 78 year old travelers, so we've seen a lot of hotels. We had two large rooms and especially appreciated the full-sized refrigerator in the kitchenette that was adjacent to the living room. We hadn't asked for an accessible room when we reserved but were given one. It had two bathrooms -- one with tub/shower, one with a walk-in shower. Our room was quiet every minute of our stay; we literally never heard another guest. Both the living room and bedroom had TV sets. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet included two different kinds of scrambled eggs (one with veggies, one without), sausage, pancakes, home fries, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal, toast, juice, milk, coffee and fruit. It was served in the large restaurant, so no trouble finding an empty table. We have given everything but service 5 stars. We cut the service back to 4 for two reasons: the solo front desk needs more staff, at least during the early check-in hours when the hotel is full and there's a lot going on; and the internet service only functioned smoothly in the bedroom. Neither of these minor shortcomings would keep us from returning. All 'round great experience."
