"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. "Its a newer building. maybe few years old. The location is in a really boonie quiet place. If you aren't specifically looking for an area at Jeju island, from experience it is better to get a place at seowgipo or near jeju city. Everything was ok, the staff is friendly, but they don't provide drinking water. Not even 2 bottles per day where we noticed this was the norm for any korean hotels/pension and no kleenex / tissue paper for the customers."

"Lovely resort and the lodges are very cute and cosy. The staff guided us to our pension in a cart as it's big. There's even a trail for walks and a horse surrounded by tangerine trees. Wish we booked to stay for longer ! Only thing was the kettle was made of plastic and smelled of burning plastic when boiling water. There's not much around so maybe prepare food before coming. "
