"Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. Space of the room was great though. Extremely clean as well. "

"A bit earlier check-in time at 2:00PM. The room was clean. There was no shampoo or body wash. They did provide two bottles of complementary water. After all this hotel cost only a fraction of other fancy hotels’ room rates so you get what you pay for, I guess. But I’d only recommend this hotel to people who plan to drive while in Jeju. "

"From the moment we turned into the long driveway leading to the hotel, we felt a feeling of calm almost zen. The hotel is beautiful, and there is a great feeling of peace. The room was fairly large and the bed was comfortable. Service staff were able to speak some limited English. The free coffee in the cafe area by the lobby was a nice touch. Parking was ample, so this hotel is ideal for folks who are driving and therefore don’t need to stay right in the heart of the town. Down the driveway...
