"We loved everything about this hotel…location, cleanliness, attentive staff, etc. specific small details that made our stay pleasant included lots of power outlets, great lighting options in the room, and a well lit vanity mirror in the bathroom. Slippers, bath robes, moisturizing masks, and daily fruit and tea service in the room were also very nice touches. At check in, they recognized that my birthday was during our visit. They gave me a voucher for a specialty mini cake. This is a great place to stay if you’re ever visiting Tainan. I highly recommend it. "

"Overall a great hotel and I really enjoyed my stay here. Pros - Excellent location and <5 mins walk from the train station - Hotel staff are lovely and make you feel very welcomed - Rooms are very spacious and comfortable Cons - Better use of the terrace and library on the top floor. This could be an amazing space but felt a bit under utilised, could be a nice cafe/bar space "
