"Great hotel overall & good location, the only issue for me is that I can’t control my own aircon. The temperatures they set is way too high for my liking which resulted in me overheating several times a night. They have small windows you can open but is still not enough and sometimes people walk past them from the outside and keep closing my window. "

"Location was great, place was comfortable just had a huge issue with the toilet that had issues flushing and the corner kept falling off so then we had to keep digging into the tank to put the cap back on, was told there was nothing they could do to fix it, happened multiple times a day which was super annoying and seemed really unhygienic. Would recommend for the location, room was smaller than expected but we only came back to sleep."

"The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for a solo traveler. Its excellent location, with easy subway access and nearby restaurants, made exploring convenient. However, I encountered a breakfast booking issue—I had booked for two but was only given one. I’d recommend purchasing breakfast directly at reception if booking for one, as it’s more cost-effective. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location, but double-check breakfast details when booking."

"For what we paid, this property was amazing value. The staff were fantastic and could not be more helpful. The property was really well located for dining and visiting places like BIFF square. "

"Everything is splendid except that doors seem to get old and are quite hard to be opened or closed. This leads to unnecessary noises, and it’s a little bit annoying."

"Booked the double room for 2 nights. Hotel has lift. What I like most is the location. Nearest subway is Jungang station. Although we couldn’t communicate in English but they tried their best to assist us. There r many food outlets next to BANDAL, Korean n Starbucks. It’s 1 KM walk to Gukje/Kkangton market, BIFF, Museum of movies, Yongdusan Park, Lotte. "

"Wonderful stay here! Well located, easy to get around and about a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Our room was huge, double, even triple the size of other hotels we have stayed in in Korea and Japan. Everything was clean, the only thing was that some of the towels had holes in so could do with being replaced! Room was quiet and has AC too. Beds firm but comfy and we slept well. Staff were fantastic, very kind and helpful. We will stay here again next time we come to Busan."
