"We had the most incredible time at Red Sands Ranch! The property has outstanding views of the bluffs and river and each cabin is perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. The cabins were definitely more than glamping?? In fact, the bed in the Sunday Cabin had the most comfortable and adjustable mattress just like our bed at home - wasn't expecting such a high end mattress, but it was wonderful! We played tennis and pickleball all day and because of the lights on the court - we played well...

We finally got in touch with a neighbor who gave us the number of the owner.She said she thought the listing was removed although I still have not received a refund. The bed were unmade with dirty sheets .. the trash cans were overflowing, she said there was a gas leak could not turn on stove. We have photos if you need them"

"Our stay in Cliffside was all that we could’ve hoped for with the exception of the gym no longer being a part of the experience, but I think everyone got their workouts in through hiking all through the property.
