"The hotel looks clean and the attention was good, although the rooms deteriorated, the air conditioning froze and water was released, the bathroom was flooded when you are in the shower for more than 5 minutes!!!"

"Oh dear what have we booked into soon turned into wow! this is great. Reception very efficient and helpful. Apartment well equipped. Beach not as busy as further east and just 5 mins away. PLEASE NOTE if you are driving from the east on the gc1 you need to take the Tauro exit and then follow the coast road. The same applies if coming from the Mogan direction as the coast road is closed . You can get on the gc1 at Taurito but not off it. Hope this helps."

"Suite à un séjour de 10 nuits, l'appartement est à 5min de la plage, très central, 2 parkings sont à côté.L'emplacement est toutefois un peu bruyant car proche d'une grande avenue, Las Palmas est très urbain il faut dire aussi.Il est assez propre et plutot confortable hormis les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous avions accès à la terrasse commune qui est très agréable.La communication avec l'hote s'est bien passée mais pas très réactif pour apporter les ustensiles manquants."

"We stayed at Apartamentos Brisamar Canteras briefly in 2019 and enjoyed it very much, so returned in Sep 2024 for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade. Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained. The property does need a bit of attention - we had some very sticky doors and a broken laundry rack, and the moving of chairs on marble tiles caused a lot of noise that transferred to apartments above and below (could easily...

"Peter was a great host! He was prompt & fast to answer & when a slight thing came up he sorted it straight away! He was very helpful! It was a nice stay for a couple of nights! The only thing I will say is if you’re staying there - it’s in a building marked “leopard rock” if you’re coming up the hill! & the first key box you get the code to is a little black box just on the inside of the green gate - below where you put the key! "We absolutely loved it here! Rooms were big (compared to most others we've stayed in Puerto Rico) contained everything you needed to cook a meal (if you wanted to). "Went for a quiet and relaxing week of winter sun with my partner and the stay was perfect in all details. The villa was big and very comfortable. Breakfast is well served, great size heated pools. Hotel staff were friendly and kudos to the housekeeping, everything was so clean!! Highly recommend it"
