"The property was really great and Ratingen is a lovely place. Only thing for me was I asked for an extra pillow 5 times and still didn’t get one. I might be being picky though to be fair. Other than that it was great."

"The only thing I have to say is that we were disappointed that we couldn’t park the car overnight and had to pay for outside parking. Even though cars went out for day, we were still unable to park. Not good.! "

"This property has no atmosphere. The staff, while not unfriendly, certainly don't make you feel welcome. When this was the Montanus Hof Hotel it was several levels above. The breakfast is a very basic buffet, and I never saw anyone having a drink at the bar. Convenience for the shops and for work is the only reason I continue to se it "
