"We stayed for 4 days at this amazing villa. It is very clean and has great views through the trees down to the sea. Communication with Derrick was easy and he did arrange for the pool and hot tub to be heated as we requested. If you are staying here in the Spring it would probably be worth asking for the heaters to be turned on a couple of days before arrival as they took a day to get up to temperature. The spaces and design of the villa worked really well for our two families with 4 children...

"There were 8 adults and 6 children ranging from 15 to 4. The Villa was an excellent place to stay with loads of space and close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and train station. Excellent holiday and would definitely recommend this villa."

"This was an excellent property to use as a base for watching the rugby world cup in the south of France. Great location between Juan les Pins and Antibes. Lovely swimming pool. If you wish to use this property for a relaxed villa based holiday be aware there is only one shared bathroom and one ensuite."
