"Perfect location, walk to everything including fresh market, bakeries, restaurants , shops and the beaches. Definitely not a place for a car, though. No on street free parking and the nearby lots charge exorbitantly ($50 overnight). Note that there is no housekeeping at all, regardless of length of stay."

"Me and my husband and daughter (9 had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is spacious and clean and the owner Patrick was very helpful and lovely to deal with. We asked if there were fans and he bought one and it was in the apartment when we arrived! We had issues with our flight being moved and he was really accommodating. Everything felt easy to get to. The beaches are close by. The buses and train station are only 10 min walk away. The pool is lovely and clean and warm and the tennis...

"This apartment is well furnished and has a view which is spectacular. The beach is easily accessed on foot and there is a corner grocery store up the street. An enclosed garage is included and the host is friendly and helpful. It is a great place for a couple to relax."

"Very nice little studio, in the heart of Antibes. Close to the beaches and everything Antibes got to offer. Comfortable bed! A little tired interior, needs a lick of paint as well as a good clean, dust behind all furniture and on the skirtings - still great value for the price. I would recommend it! "

"The location is top notch, the apt is very modern and clean. Restaurants, stores, and markets are within a few blocks. Outside noise goes away when doors and windows are closed - they are soundproof! The nearest parking lot is underground and very convenient but expensive. One disadvantage- 3 flights of steep narrow stairs."

"This is the place. The location is absolutely fantastic. Close to the train station (we took the train to Nice and Menton) ... and the bus stop is convenient as well. The beach is a short walk, the grocery store around the corner, playground a short walk. The apartment is on the ground floor, so no stairs. Photos are accurate. Rafika was very attentive and accomodating. We will return."

"This is the second time that we have stayed in this property and it was just as good as before. The location is wonderful. In a quiet area of old town but literally 1-3 minutes walk to everything. Clara, the host, could not have been more helpful. We love Antibes as it is the best of both worlds - plenty of things to do, restaurants, beaches etc but not too big. And still very convenient to visit Monaco, Nice, Cannes etc. Highly recommend Antibes and highly recommend this property too."
