"We were a little tired and stressed on arrival as our pre booked hire car was a bit of a mission to sort. The Villa owner was there when we arrived, wanting payment for bedding and cleaning. We were expecting the bedding but had missed the €180 for cleaning as the correspondence was in French only. She said that they shouldn’t really be letting the property as they’d had a water leak leaving one of the rooms damp and with mould, which was true. "We have just returned from a wonderful few days at this beautiful villa. The house is much larger than the photos show and is really lovely. The pool was a real highlight for us, our kids spent most of the day in the pool! The views from the villa are stunning and it’s close enough to Sainte Maxime to walk down and enjoy the shops and restaurants. We can’t recommend it enough and hope to be back some day. Thank you ! The property is well appointed with all the amenities of home but with an absolutely stunning view over the Gulf of St. Tropez. "Max, you have an absolutely wonderful villa. As an extended family of 11 covering 3 generations ranging from 11 to 75 we all very greatly enjoyed our week’s stay. The interior decor of the villa is tasteful, pleasant and relaxing and there is ample accommodation. "Our three week visit was too short, we are already planning on a four week stay next year. Everything was perfect, enjoyed the convenience of walking into town, 10 minutes, ocean view, very quiet and a well accessorized kitchen making and preparing meals a treat.
