"We were a family of 4 with 2 children 10 and 13 and small dog staying in this apartment for 5 days. The complex, pool and location is wonderful and the view is beautiful. We had extremely hot weather and the aircon just held out but as the bedroom is a mezzanine it was a little hot up there. Communication could have been better with forewarning of cleaning charges.
