"The property is exactly as it looks from the picture. The view takes your breath away. Giovanny is really responsive and we got all the help we needed. The location is really convenient, close to small shops and restaurants. Juan Dolio is not as developed as other areas in the DR but it is ideal for families or if you are looking to relax and regenerate. Really happy with my experience."

"The apartment was clean and beautiful, like in the pictures, and the views of the beach (which is very close) are amazing. I was a bit disappointed with the beach because it had very few areas with shade for the general public, the water is never higher than your hips or waist, there was plastic garbage here and there, and a lot of areas had rocks that hurt your feet when you go into the water. "We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a beautiful apartment with everything one needs. The view of the pool and beach is magnificent. There's a grocery store snd several restaurants right across the street. There's also a bar and restaurant right by the pool. I only wish I could have stayed longer! I was able to communicate with the owner if I had a question and she always got right back to me. "
