"Check in was a little off. Front desk couldn’t find the confirmation of reservation. Had to call the owner, Victor to confirm, and it was 9pm at the time.Dishes were a little dirty. There was no hand soap for either bathroom and only 1 roll of TP with each bathroom. There wasn’t any detergent for the washer. There were sheets and towels left in the washer and dryer. The AC was turned off when we arrived, it was 80F. There were no instructions on how to turn on (you had to turn on at the breaker...

"The beach is beautiful. Very clear water and a lot of shells at the shoreline Our superior room looks like it was just remodeled. We arrived to a fruit tray and bottle of champagne. Everyone was very pleasant and we encountered no issues. It was a pleasure meeting people from other countries. Fly into Santa Domingo airport, much closer than punta cana airport. It cost about 150.00 for a taxi from punta cana unless you can make other arrangements ahead of time. Would definitely return in the future!"
