"This is a rating for both the renter and VRBO in general! We never got check-in information and upon arrival called our host to find out that he had been locked out of his account and double booked the room so we had nowhere to stay. I didn’t have a way to call Vrbo because I don’t have international calling, so when I talk to the people on chat, they told me they would be in touch within one to two hours to help me get a new place to stay. Over 24 hours later, I still had not heard from them...

"Unusually late check-in time (after 17:00) and early check-out (before 10 am.). One way communication, no reply on my e-mail. Studio is on the ground level with entrance directly from the street. This is not mentioned in the room spec presented on the hotels.com webpage. Pictures for this room are not showing this either. If I had known this I would've taken another hotel. Apparently due to being located on the ground level room temperature (during cold season) is lower than what is needed to...
