"Room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable. As usual pillows was flat. We were on the second floor & our room was very hot. At night we set the thermostat to 67 and literally sweat all night long, neither of us slept. Other than that it was a nice visit. "

"The housekeeping staff was superior!!!! We did not require our beds being made daily and we asked for a few more towels which they provided. They were so accommodating and very happy to ensure that we were satisfied with our stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!"

"Our stay was so good! We love this property and are already planning our 3rd visit! The house is perfect! We love everything about it! Sandy is amazing and is just a phone call away if you need anything. The river was too high for wade fishing outback this time, but our fishermen went to Cotter and all three of them hit their limit! Needless to say we had the very best fish tacos I have ever had! There is just something about eating fish caught that day!Sandy, we are looking forward to many more trips to “Our Happy Place.”"

Rock climbing across the dirt road, canoeing down the White, Ozark Village in Mountain View and Mountain biking at Sylamore. House reminded us of our childhood memories in the mountains! "We absolutely loved this place. I am quite particular about cleanliness and a comfy bed and this far exceeded my expectations. This place is unique, well made, peaceful, well-equipped and extremely comfortable. My husband and I slept in the upstairs loft (very large bedroom with a half-bath). There are four sunlight windows in the roof. I found it absolutely wonderful to wake up in that extremely comfortable bed with the sunlight shining in. Temps were easy to adjust for comfort in the whole place. We enjoyed sitting on the porches watching birds and squirrels, enjoying the peace and quiet. The location was great as it was close to downtown and other conveniences but you would never know it. I walked the mile to downtown and to Walgreens. Easy. We loved this place so much and of all the VRBOs we've stayed at, and there have been many, this was one of the best ever. We'll likely be coming back to the area and will definitely be looking for this accommodation when we do. Host was very responsive and provided a great deal of needed information for the stay. It was an incredible visit. "
