"We chose a mild winter vacation this year over the beach. The idea was for our kids parents and grandparents to spend a vacation together with different scenery. Without a doubt the Mendenhall was well worth the trip. The guest book told the history of a home full of memories for its owners. We were happy to make our own holiday memories there this year. Mr. Ben was more than helpful during our stay. From the wildlife to the cozy quiet welcoming feeling, just a really great place to enjoy. "

"Three of my friends and I attended the Power and Love conference at the ASU Mt. Home campus. We rented this lovely house, which was perfectly located between the campus and the downtown area with restaurants and shopping. It was perfect. The decor was beautiful, with an atmosphere of comfort. We all had plenty of space to spread out and not be sitting on top of one another. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the area was very peaceful. We will choose this home again if we ever have to...

"While I appreciate the contact from the host both during our stay and beforehand the house was dirty upon arrival and there was a very unpleasant odor. The floors, bathrooms and general wiping of surfaces needed attention. The bedding appeared to be freshly laundered. The host contacted me within the first 24 hours, I did not mention it thinking that at that point what could be done…in addition there are some rotting boards on the deck which could cause injury if someone were to step on that...
