Good but service can be improved
For a 3* Hotel the room was totally ok, comfortable. Very enjoyed the hot spring pool. But i missed some deck chairs to relax. And as a vegetarian my extra request for an Avocado for the breakfast was refused, this kind of service i cannot expect in a 3* Hotel. So far so good. But the breakfast, stored in chafing dish, was everything cold.

Very new and clean rooms.
Location is not ideal, far from food and shopping outlets; but there’s a convenience store within the compound, that opens till midnight. Rooms are very clean and in great condition. Good choice if you are looking to escape from the crowd.

Well my wife tested the water she said it was cold, so i also didn't try it was around 6 pm. Its hotspring and water not hot??????? Only 1 I was disappointed. The rest of the facilities, staffs & cleanliness were good.

The spring facility is only limited to two days in a week and from 4pm to 10pm only which is the only worthy feature of this hotel. The room is not really clean as can feel the wet carpet. The bathtub tab not working well, and remote control of tv not in working condition or low battery but it was too late in the night so I don't bother troubling the staff to change it so I just switch off the tv

Place a little run down on the outside but when you are inside it’s quite different. Clean but linens a little old. Due for a change. Breakfast was simple and quite good. Location is quite ok if you have a car.

The hot spring operation hour is 4pm-8pm which is too short. The aircon keep auto shut down itself few time during sleep time. The toilet ventilation fan is very noise. The breakfast area is near the swimming pool which is very noisy and not a very good experience.

Nice hotel with big room & very comfortable bed. Would be nice to have a bath tub. Hotel have a Hot Spring Spa, but only open for 2 hours from 8 - 10 pm. There are 3 pools but only 1 with hot spring (but not hot enough to truly enjoy it). Breakfast spread is good but the fried mee is too soggy (lousy cook?)

Room condition excellent , check in was rather slow as compared to other hotel , WiFi was bad as most time can't connect . Free parking. Need to drive out to eat or shop . Breakfast was just average . Coffee was not nice , better to bring your own coffee .
