"Very Clean and Cozy Home, right on the Beach in Portsmouth, RI. Off Street parking was very easy to use and not crowded during our stay. Check in and check out went smoothly and Owner was very communicative with house rules and to contact if we needed anything during our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would book again!"

"This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...

"We really enjoyed our stay in Portsmouth. The host was responsive and stayed in contact during the stay. Check in was easy and the location was perfect! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets each night and the fenced in yard was perfect for our younger guests. Quiet street and perfect for a family vacation!"

"I thought this home would be perfect for my 2 kids, my son-in-law, and my 2 grandsons- and I was not disappointed. Our host Melba, and her husband Mike, we’re at the house the day my kids arrived, making sure the ice was cleared off the walks and driveway, making sure the heat was turned on, and leaving out a bottle of champagne! Overall, a great home to house my family for the holidays! "

"My siblings and families stayed for a relaxing weekend. Views of sunset on the lake were gorgeous. Very well stocked kitchen. We were able to make all kinds of food. Host was very responsive and accommodating. House was clean and had more rooms than expected. Would definitely return! The screened in room has lovely views but it has to be warm enough to open all the window shades and expose the screens. Close to stores and restaurants.Fantastic stay!"
