"Ed, the engineer was helpful in explaining why the room wasn’t cool enough for me at night. I thought the thermostat was broken but it doesn’t go below 68. I’m a middle aged woman, and keep my house at 64, so that’s way too high for he at night. The second night I got it to 67, I think he made it so. I appreciate that. I don’t need 64, but 68 is too high for my demographic! Also texting with Christine was also a great asset for the weekend. "

"This property was a short walk from a mall and the train station. The hotel was clean, the hotel staff were friendly, and the hotel breakfast was good. Heck, even the other guests were friendly and the clientale was very diverse. We enjoyed our stay and I have booked a stay at the same hotel in a different city."
