"Very quiet stay which we really enjoyed. The little house was quaint and had all basic amenities. There is satellite radio, but no TV which would have been fine if the Wi-Fi worked well enough for us to stream anything. They said the rain might have caused issues with their system. "This is the only place we will stay on our return visits to Fredericksburg. It was lovely! The owners, Marsha and Steve were so friendly, very attentive, and always around for whatever we needed. "We wanted to stay close to Hudson’s and it was within walking distance. Host communicated right away on all texts. You have to coordinate coming in and out of gate. We had a complimentary breakfast which was delicious and was offered dinner up to 1030pm. Two beautiful dogs roam the huge yard."

"We loved this location. Our intent was to visit wineries between Johnson City and Fredericksburg, and we found Johnson City to be a great hub. We didn't really cook, but there are plenty of pots/pans and dinnerware as well as utensils and spices. The bedrooms were well appointed and all rooms were spacious. Did not use the pool beings it was pretty cold, but you do have the option of heating it for a fee. The backyard is huge with lots of privacy and seating. Really enjoyed our stay."
