"Extremely nice property if you like cleanliness and luxury in a very quiet setting. Good food, great wine, great service. Only drawback it is not in the center but not a problem once you figure out the outstanding Krakow public transport. It will cost you 4 zlotys to get to the center in 10 minutes. "

"Property is recently refurbished to a good standard, I was in a single room but it had a double bed and was spacious. The staff are very helpful and polite. Checkout is 11am and you can store bags in the luggage room on your last day. You get a card so you can access the building late at night. There is some road noise as it’s in the middle of a city but it was no problem for me I slept fine, they do have free earplugs in reception if you need them. "Stayed in a Superior double with kitchenette. Wonderful stay, highly recommend the hotel for location, just off the roadway of the bars and people walking but just 1 minute to a street with shops food and bars as you walk to the main square. Staff at the hotel very accommodating, friendly and a pleasant atmosphere. I would absolutely stay in this location again when I visit Krakow in the future. "

"Excellent stay. Many prefer to stay in Old Town but we found this hotel's location to be even better: being right outside (across the boulevard and a small park) from Old Town, it's about a 5-minute walk from both the main train station and the old town which worked great for us. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast options were a lot. Only drawback is that you can't call an Uber to the hotel but to a nearby pickup spot (taxis do come to the hotel though) and that there's a pedestrian underpass to cross the street to the train station. Generally not an issue but can be if you have mobility issues and need to minimize walking or elevator to the underpass is down. "
