"Love the hotel and will come back. I was introduced to the Mulia brand before this and truly enjoyed my stay. My only feedback is breakfast window that is required, not very convenient for us. We are visiting for a vacation and want to be able to just relax. It wasn’t very relaxing with breakfast. Overall the service was outstanding and staff were very friendly and accommodating. "

"It is my regular hotel when staying in Jakarta for business (office very close), and it offers the necessities and very good value for money. A few things I would appreciate are 1) bed - a bit too hard for my taste (I am European and the bed is more aligned with Asian taste, i.e. harder 2) a bit better / healthier selection of breakfast - especially the hot items and bread. "We booked two rooms in early Feb 2025 and the stay was wonderful. The staff were very helpful, especially Ms Melati who has been very patience with all our queries and requests. The buffet spread and the coffee at the hotel cafe were fabulous. The location was conveniently located near a mall with cinema and Starbucks. We missed using the nice swimming pool at the hotel. "

"We were traveling with 2 other couples all arriving from the U.S. into Jakarta on 3 different airlines. We then had an 8 hour layover departing at midnight. D’prima Hotel is located in Terminal 3 so after 20 hours traveling, clearing customs and immigration, we checked into our tiny but clean, quiet and comfortable rooms! Took a shower and napped for a few hours before next flight. The best. "

"The Langham Hotel Jakarta is located in a fantastic position - close to shopping, dining and sporting precincts. The staff were all fantastic and special mention to Arana at the front desk, Fauzy the Sous Chef and Aurel @ Tom’s Restaurant. They all made our stay extra special. Highly recommended! "
