"Room not ready at 1530 in the day of check-in. Superior suite with 50%of light busted, after 2 days few was replaced but unfortunately the one above the bed was not possible to turn-off, so I sleep with light on. Air condition very noising and leaking water inside the room. All forniture in very bad condition, also several times I was running behaving the stewardess at 1800 for clean my room and replace towels. All was addressed to the manager but nothing change and no any kind of reimbursement...

"To me the hotel, and rooms had a nice appears, but the pillows at that hotel needs to be changed more often. After 2 or 3 nights of sleeping on same pillows, I started to feel like I was catching a cold, because the pillows ( pillow cases ) were not fresh. Did not smell fresh. "

"O “ hotel” cobra a taxa de R$100 por limpeza antecipado, porém se recusou a limpar o quarto e trocar as toalhas até o terceiro dia da estadia, somente após muito insistir as toalhas foram trocadas, sendo que se é um hotel e eu paguei pela limpeza deveriam agendar cfm solicitado, o contato com a recepção é extremamente dificil e limitado pois só funciona das 10-20hrs e a admistração é extremamente omissa, além disso o banheiro tinha vazamentos no chuveirinho que inundavam o mesmo, a porta estava...

"The location is the best in town. The staff super friendly and polite. Our room was dirty with left over from other people. In our 4th someone did our bed and forgot to give us sheets so we stayed the rest of trip without any. I would stay there again but I have to bring a few items to my confort"
