"This property was excellent and I would highly recommend it. We initial travelled to Kora Apartments to ask if we could leave our bags at the reception while we go around town until the 3pm check-in time, we were pleasantly surprised when they told us that our place was ready, and we could check in straight away, that was an excellent start to our trip. When we went into our room, the property was spotless and tidy, had everything we needed, towels, coffee etc. It was easy to find as there was a Lidl right outside the property by the main entrance, which is convenient as we could go shopping to get water and dinner items if needed to. There is a tram stop about 5 mins walk from the property and there is also a small corner shop near the tram stop if Lidl was closed, which we had to use a few times since we travelled around christmas time and Lidl was closed for a few days. The only small issue with had, and it was not a big issue as we eventually figured it out, was that the room was super hot sometimes, it took us around two days to figure out where the heating was and how to turn it down, but maybe that was us not checking for a possibly obvious resolution. In a case if you have an accident or emergency, there is an A&E about 6 mins drive away from the property which is very good. Overall, the experience with Kora apartments was excellent and highly recommend this place."

"This was perfect, Close to the Airport. We dropped our rental car to the airport, shopped at Grocery Store in the Airport. Got dinner at the Airport and took Uber back to the Hotel. Scheduled a free Airport vehicle to take us to the Airport in the Am. Front Deck service was perfect and we dealt with 2 different shifts. Amazing pricing, Clean & Highly Recommended "

"We stayed at Zleep Hotel in Prague this Christmas, and it was absolutely perfect! The location is quiet and peaceful, yet only 12-15 minutes from the city center, which made it super convenient. Plus, parking was easy, which is always a big bonus. What really stood out was the staff, they were so friendly and always smiling, no matter the time of day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. And for us, there’s no question, next time we’re in the city, we’ll definitely stay at Zleep Hotel again!"

"I recently stayed at your property, which I have visited before and always enjoyed. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I encountered an issue with the staff that I feel needs to be brought to your attention. Upon discovering a bad smell coming from the toilet in my room, I, along with two other guests, reported the issue to the receptionist. Unfortunately, rather than addressing the problem, the receptionist dismissed our concerns and attempted to convince the three of us that there was no smell and the only solution she found to the problem was to sent a cleaner to spray some freshener. Although we were offered a new room, her dismissive behavior led us to stay in the original room with all the disgusting smell. The windows were open all night. I truly appreciate the quality of your property and hope that this feedback helps in improving the guest experience."
