"This hotel has a perfect location. Rooms are outdated but suitable for needs, very clean, beds are hard but we did not mind that. Tea, coffee facilities and mini bar available at a price. Shower was excellent. Staff very friendly and accommodating; luggage storage available to save carting it around on the last day. We would definitely book this hotel again. "

"The location of this hotel is amazing! So close to St. Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. Easy walk to water buses and tons of great restaurants right outside the door. The room itself could definitely use a refresh, but you don’t go to Venice to stay in your hotel room. Would absolutely stay there again."

"Location is great. We could walk to all sites we want to visit. The service is great. On last day, the owner told us how to get to the VCE airport which is very helpful. The only complaint is that it could get noisy at night on the street when you try to sleep. "

"Great location very close to San Marco square and several restaurants and shopping nearby. Very accommodating and they even set us up with a water taxi to the airport. Overall a very enjoyable stay that allowed us to get a good taste of Venice and it’s culture. "
