"So pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the rooms are as they don't look like much from the exterior! Beautiful flooring and furnishings, spacious room, lots of light and storage, huge TV for a hotel room, mini fridge with separate freezer section, large round table with chairs inside plus seating outside. Particularly loved the garden area with running water between buildings. Only downside (which is also an upside!) is that it's right next to the Sedona Airport so a bit noisy during daylight...

"The house and views are amazing! The house is well appointed with anything you may need. The road leading up to and away from the house is a bit rough, but the ability to park onsite is worth it! This was my second time staying at the Riordan House and it certainly won't be my last. "
