The bed was pretty comfortable and it looks like the owner listened to prior reviews and have added kitchen supplies, a toaster, and if I recall there was also a microwave. The hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen has obviously been watered down, but they do provide individual shampoo and body wash in the bathroom so we used that instead. There also isn't a way to secure the door besides the little handle lock, it would be great to have an extra bolt lock or...

You can hear the people above you unfortunately it is just the design of the space. Thankfully they were also attending the convention so our schedules were fairly similar. "Property manager provided concise info and it was so easy to get in property, he provided lots of useful details and instructions. Apartment was decorated beautifully and bed was so comfy and neighborhood was quiet! We slept great! I give it 10 stars! Would definitely stay again!"

"Overall enjoyed our short stay. Host communication was great! A very cool building with a good location for everything we wanted to do. It didn't affect our group, but the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which we did not know until the check-in process was communicated. The steps are short & wide, so that was nice"

"The Cozy Loft was a very cozy stay, I would recommend this for groups of 2-3 people. The Cozy Loft is about 5-7 min from down town and 10 minutes to the Kentucky Exposition Center. We enjoyed our stay. "
