There were 2 bars right below us that we could access right from the building and walking distance to other bars, a casino, and restaurants. The management company was very nice to work with great communication and easy instructions on how to access the loft. The only complaints from our group was that in the bedrooms there was not a closet or hooks to hang things up and nowhere to put your suitcase except on the...

Here's what was good: Lots of space to spread out Convenient location to walk to downtown sites, but the walk was sketchy (saw two syringes on the walk from the parking lot The pullout couch was relatively comfortable Yes, the basics were there but here were the problems we encountered: No towels or sheet for the pull-out - they had to enter the unit when were out to dinner Chair in the living room seat...

"I went to Louisville for a conference and needed a place to crash at night. This apartment was close to the convention center with great parking. Easy access in and communication with owner was excellent. Everything was clean and working. It was the perfect place for me. Definitely a must stay for a couple of single person."
